An independent executive coach with twenty years experience in the development of leaders across Europe and the Middle East.

Leaders at all corporate levels, particularly at CEO/Board, across private, public and voluntary sector organisations. Clients include the global top 200 in an international retail bank, successful and aspiring entrepreneurs and CEOs of national charities.

She supports clients in building and maintaining resilience, working with chaos and ambiguity and operating with ease and confidence at the highest level. Her Credentials?
Susan has an MSc in Organisational Change and is the author of 'Mine's Bigger Than Yours – Understanding and Handling Egos at Work'. She is a regular contributor to leading business journals and conferences. Susan is a member of the SCB (Standard Chartered Bank) International coaching panel and the Oracle EMEA coaching panel. She is an associate of Ashridge Business School and visiting lecturer on the UAE University MBA programme. Pro Bono work includes membership of the steering committee of WEG (Women's Excellence Group) offering mentoring to Emirati women leaders under the sponsorship of ADICOE – Abu Dhabi International Centre for Organisational Excellence.

Susan Debnam is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and subscribes to the EMCC code of ethics (www.emccouncil.org).
